General Booking Guidelines
  • All bookings must be completed through the Ecral website or mobile app.
  • Availability of vehicles depends on the selected class (Economy, Standard, Luxury, VIP). Specific models are not guaranteed.
  • Booking confirmations are sent via email and will include your booking number.
Eligibility & Documents
  • For Car Rentals (Self-Drive): A valid driver’s license and a national ID or passport are required. Documents must be uploaded during the booking process.
  • For Limousine Services: No documents are required; bookings can be made as a guest or through an Ecral account.
  • Minimum age for self-drive rentals is 21 years (may vary by vehicle class).
Pickup & Return
  • Pickup options include office locations, airports, or a registered address (within supported cities).
  • Customers must arrive on time for pickups. Delays exceeding 30 minutes may result in extra charges.
  • Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location on or before the end time of the booking.
Payments
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, Ecral wallet, loyalty points, and (where available) pay-at-office.
  • Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) must be completed before vehicle handover.
Cancellations & Modifications
  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking start time may qualify for a full refund.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges.
  • Changes to bookings (dates, times, or vehicle class) depend on availability and may incur additional costs.
Basic Coverage Insurance
  • Included with all self-drive rentals.
  • Provides standard protection against minor damages and third-party liability.
  • Customer remains responsible for deductibles and uncovered damages.
Premium Protection Insurance
  • Included with all self-drive rentals.
  • Optional add-on for enhanced security.
  • Reduces customer liability in case of accidents or damage.
  • Covers most repair costs beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Customer remains responsible for deductibles and uncovered damages.
Comprehensive Plus
  • Full guarantee package for maximum peace of mind.
  • Includes extended coverage for damages, theft, and roadside assistance.
  • Minimizes or removes the need for a security deposit.
Loyalty Points & Wallet
  • Loyalty points are awarded after each completed booking and can be redeemed into wallet balance.
  • Wallet balance can be used as partial or full payment for future bookings.
  • Points and wallet balances are non-transferable.
Corporate & Partner Bookings

Corporate clients follow additional contractual terms provided at the time of agreement.

Car owners partnering with Ecral must comply with separate partner guidelines (see “For Partners” page).
